Better than my CaseLogic!

I have been a regular user of Case Logic for many years. You have a star guarantee. Any problem, snap a picture of the problem and Case Logic will send you a brand new case. Period. However, after years of struggling with major disappointments - to stay true to myself just for that guarantee - I decided to try something new, and *god* I'm glad I did! First, this thing is invisible! I love how "flat" it is compared to other bags. Second, it has a chest strap that not only adjusts in width but also in height, so you can place it exactly where you want it! Third, it has a luggage strap on the back so you can easily slide it over the handle of your suitcase. Fourth, it has two front straps that make it easy to attach an umbrella, tripod, or whatever. You can even use the front bottom pocket to further secure this item. Then there are two side mesh pockets, each with straps across them to again give you the option to carry water bottles or even stash umbrellas in them. Finally, there is a top zipped pocket on the outside, perfect for quick access to all your travel essentials or to stash your belongings before going through security. Inside there are two compartments. The usual "main bag" that offers a surprising amount of room for a low profile bag. A zip pocket, lanyard, card and pen slots etc. The second, rear compartment has a flap pocket for a laptop and then a front pocket large enough to easily hold a 12.9 inch iPad. first that for a magazine or two! The only points I could give are they are both so small they don't even deduct half a star even together. Firstly the main laptop compartment has a velcro flap at the top. This is great for protecting your car, but it's disappointing because it means you have to open the back almost completely to open/close this flap. You can't just open it wide enough to slide your laptop in. Sometimes it's surprisingly annoying. but I know first world problems. Second, all straps tend to loosen a bit after wearing. For example, a chest strap will slowly stretch again after a few days of use. This means that from time to time you will need to "tighten" or "adjust" the straps. Again, annoying when you have to do that, but since everything else is pretty damn good, it's not worth pulling anything off.
