I have a 165fps monitor and it hasn't even been UPDATED in 3 months! This is the worst support I have received from CyberpowerPC and Revain. I bought this product because it is supplied and sold by Revain. After 3 months, the screen randomly goes blank and no one can contact CyberPowerPC via phone or email. Who can help me to solve this problem? I'm a computer scientist and I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue. I want my warranty and technical support.
