Sorry I had to do this but this computer was just a mess. Not only was the PC glass cracked, the 3070 that came with this system was also defective. I ended up needing a brand new computer and decided to return it.

I ordered this computer and it arrived fairly quickly, in protective packaging so nothing damaged, it starts and works great. If you can find it at a reasonable price I highly recommend it!

I had CyberPowerPC installed when it arrived. The graphics card did not work. CyberPower technical support agreed. They asked us to exchange tickets. Now I'm waiting for a new replacement card. In addition, this computer is not for beginners due to the lack of operating instructions.

I have a 165fps monitor and it hasn't even been UPDATED in 3 months! This is the worst support I have received from CyberpowerPC and Revain. I bought this product because it is supplied and sold by Revain. After 3 months, the screen randomly goes blank and no one can contact CyberPowerPC via phone or email. Who can help me to solve this problem? I'm a computer scientist and I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue. I want my warranty and technical support.

This is a well made computer with a stunning look. The most important feature was the graphics card and the transfer speed of videos and games. My son loves this!

I love how well it works at this price point, especially considering how good the PC parts are. I have never had a problem with a virtual game not working properly, everything runs smoothly and amazingly.
