I think I should go into business to save Chinese manufacturers from themselves when it comes to type and spelling. I'm a graphic designer. It looks classy and I got it because of the blue plush. First, it is rolled into a cylinder under pressure, and it takes several days to fully expand. Well it took a day. A flat incline is just right for me. Here is my complaint and the advice of this company. Hire a graphic designer from the US to avoid design and spelling mistakes. First and most importantly, DO NOT advertise your poorly designed logo on any product, even if it's beautifully embroidered. Brand names on almost every product in the US are hidden on a tiny label. You are NOT Chanel or Nike. So a bright orange smudge breaks out on either side with their logo and, WORSE, another smudge below reading WEDGE PILLOW, also bright orange. I also think it's because of the storage bag. your and you typo. Ouch! Also about this type of logo. You have selected a font with all caps and a decorative slash. The uppercase effect ONLY applies to the first letter of a word, not every letter. The pillow itself is fine, although I only use it to lie flat. I would make it wider maybe because the arms fall off the edges. But for my comfort, that's ok. The cushion and tailoring are of excellent quality and judging by your efforts you want your logo patches to look good too. Excellent embroidery on it. Perhaps you could improve these elements in the future. Make these patches at least the color of the fabric. and remove the WEDGE CUSHION. This is obvious as it is a wedge shaped pillow.
