LOVE. THIS on my review.

I. FREAKIN. LOVE. THIS. WAIST. TRAINER! I’ve been purposely gaining weight for the past 6 months to reach my fitness goals, but my bigger butt and thighs brought along an unwelcomed friend: a waist that went from 25 inches to 28 inches. This is my first waist trainer and I can already tell it’s gonna bring great results. I chose the small 25 steel boned trainer, as I don’t intend to exercise in this. DO NOT WEAR A STEEL BONED CORSET OR WAIST TRAINER TO WORKOUT. I feel like having the boning instead of only latex helps a lot with my posture and desired shape. The small fits me comfortably on the first hooks (I can fit my whole hand in the top and bottom and can breathe COMFORTABLY, which is a great sign that it’s the right size). Since the small buttons down to 24 inches, which is my desired waist size, this will be the only trainer I’ll need to reach my goal.If you’re a beginner like me, please take your time waist training. I’ve seen several horror stories about women who jumped into this trying to get their waists small as fast as possible. It doesn’t work that way. Try the roller coaster method (google it). Put simply, you wear your waist trainer for 2 hours a day on the first row of hooks for a week, 4 hours a day on the first hooks on week 2, 6 hours a day on week 3, then 8 hours a day on week 4. Then, WHEN YOU ARE 100% COMFORTABLE WEARING IT FOR 8 HOURS A DAY (take as many weeks as you need), you cinch down to the second row of hooks, then start over. Now you’re wearing the second row for 2 hours a day on week 1, 4 hours on week 2, etc.Do this until you can close your waist trainer completely. At this point, you should be a) happy with your results and wearing the waist trainer for maintenance or b) ready to buy the next size down and start over again. Hope this helps! 😘
