CAME IN Apparently open box with no remote control
No idea if the product worked. It didn't come with a remote so I didn't plug it in. In the evening I called your support team, spent more than 50 minutes with them before realizing that while she spoke English and seemed very nice, she had no idea what those words meant. She put me in touch with a manufacturer I hadn't bought it from, she offered me many times to go online and buy a remote that hadn't been made for years and when I realized how much Time I had spent with her, she refused. Don't make me hang up. I had to fight to get my refund receipt. Terrible experience
