I needed to replace the plastic tips on my glasses ear tips and they helped. I was hoping something would slide over the existing plastic but that wasn't possible and since the plastic chipped in places anyway I chipped it down to bare metal. Then I just put on the silicone tips, very easy. They're comfortable and they look great (the black on my gold frames contrasts beautifully). My only caveat is durability; The sharp end of the goggle tip pierced one of the tips, so I took it off, filed the end off the sharp end, and put on a new tip. I hope they last longer, but at this price point, they're easy and cheap enough to swap out if needed.
