If the included ear cushions get uncomfortable, you can swap them out. In a nutshell, the best value is found with this product. Negatives: Not really an issue, although it does happen sometimes. The volume in the left earpiece gradually decreased over time. After discovering dirt buildup in the headphones, I removed the ear cushions and a little mesh component whose name escapes me. And use an alcohol-dampened cotton swab to wipe this mesh device. The sound returned to normal after that. We stopped having any issues at all.
