I have been a type 1 diabetic for 8 years and have just started using the Freestyle Libre 14 Day Sensor System. Before doing any research I put the first sensor on myself and after a day it fell off. After learning the lesson, I took the time to study it a little more. I ordered some of these SIMPATCH adhesive patches and used them when fitting another sensor and they lasted a week before really starting to peel off. I didn't want to risk another sensor coming off, so I decided to change the patch and also applied some Skin Tac beforehand. I'm not sure if these patches are advertised for the full 14 days, but I really don't think mine would have lasted that long. Still, this was definitely a big help, and apparently a much better glue than just a sensor. I haven't tried other brands for this type of thing so I can't say this is the best. For now, though, I'd recommend them if you're also having trouble with your sensor sticking to your skin.
