The coolest scales I've ever had!

I've thought about smart scales for a long time but all the ones I've seen cost around $100-$150. I couldn't do it with my budget. Then this little darling appeared! Pros: The scale is made of durable materials and has a great, sleek look. It's easy to use, runs on three small AAA batteries (which I LOVE because most scales tend to run on expensive and hard-to-find button cells), and it gave me a whole new perspective on my own body. the download and registration process and the scale connected to my phone immediately. I got an accurate reading (based on just weighing myself on my old floor scale) and the sheer amount of data the scale was able to give me was mind-boggling. And what an alarm clock! Getting info like my body's total body fat wasn't a huge surprise, but when I found out my visceral fat is too high, I also have excess subcutaneous fat. that I have dangerously low bone mass, almost no skeletal muscle, and so little protein in my body that it's amazing how I can even stand. Did I say "wake up call"?! To be honest I was pretty depressed when I heard all this. I'm 36 now and weigh over 340 pounds. But I never had any serious health problems (apart from a herniated disc). My heart is fine, my blood pressure is normal, my cholesterol is low. I've never been under the illusion that I'm "healthy," but it's one thing to suspect I'm unhealthy and another to see it in plain data. still young enough for it. What I didn't like: - The scale is NARROW. There was hardly any room for both legs. And because I have to put my big feet next to a small space, I have trouble with balance. Because I swing so much, the scale has trouble reading. I staggered around, struggling to stay still, almost falling off the scale and watching the readings fluctuate wildly. Now that I know this, I will make sure I stand in a place where I can hold on to something so I don't fall. The last thing I want is to fall off the scale and injure myself with my horribly low bone mass! I don't think these are strictly bariatric scales, which is fine because I love them a lot anyway. It's just hard to hold out long enough. But if I lose weight, I should gain strength and be able to last even longer. Wii Fit for everyone? I recommend this scale to everyone! It's amazing that we can learn so much about our bodies in a non-invasive way. Yes, yes, so cool!
