Was not packaged right and curl was ruined
I usually love this product and have never had an issue with it before. But this time when I took it out of the packaging and netting I could tell that it was not packaged correctly because the curl/wave was all bent and misshapen through your every weft and looked horrible! I could not wear it and had delivered early in the morning for the purpose of wearing it to work. I even tried to fix it and work with it but it was horrible, ended up using an old tangled one Bc at least it didn’t look fake and misshapen.
