These little beauties are surprisingly sharp and great for precision paper cutting. The only problem with them is that the handles are made out of fairly flimsy plastic. Every time I use them I feel like they're about to break. I've used them a lot and they haven't broken yet! Some people have mentioned using them for embroidery. I've found that they don't cut the fibers like I was hoping. But I bought them for paper cutting and they do a great job! And they are very sharp and sharp when closed. So if you need to poke a hole in something, these scissors are for you.
