I was really excited when I first got this and thought it would work for our problem. Well it isn't. Initially we had a large rectangular pan. She flopped into a corner, her butt hanging over the edge, skipping the tray entirely. Write anywhere. So we tried the trash can style with the top entry. She didn't like getting involved at all. Enter this product. Cute stylish design. The entrance is low enough for her, but not so low that she can easily hang her prey overboard. So we got it in the mail. On time delivery. I took it out of the box and she immediately curled up in it while we cleaned out her old litter box. Promising sign. well, it didn't work. We set everything up with scrap. She decided that she wanted to play mountain queen, with her front paws on the top ledge and her back paws on the front ledge. So pee all the way out. Good times. 🤦‍♀️
