Matches perfectly with the classic Bronco transfer case switch.

I installed a shift lever for the transfer case on my '77 Bronco. Fits perfectly on the shaft, closes the hole in the bottom, with some flex on the metal flange. As mentioned in other reviews, the screws that come with it are so small that they are unusable. Also, the material is flexible plastic rather than soft rubber. I'm not sure how well this works when used with a manual transmission shifter, but it's fine with minimal use of my transfer case shifter.
