The gym I went to sells Silver Star Nutrition products. I have been buying this product in both chocolate and vanilla for over a year. I was glad to find her on Revain. This has become my favorite because this product seems to be easier on the stomach and has few additional ingredients. It's good on its own, just a simple protein isolate. Vanilla is a great smoothie base. Chocolate is great when mixed with powdered peanut butter. Some other "flavored" whey isolate products like GNC cookies and cream or chocolate frosting are so ridiculously sweet that I find them almost inedible. I used this product to "cut" these other foods to make them delicious instead of just tossing them in the bin. My only complaint about this product is the packaging. It comes in a zippered pouch. EVERY AVAILABLE bag I've purchased has a zipper failure before the product runs out. The clasp comes loose on one side of the bag and you cannot close it. I either use a chip clip or transfer to another container. The last bag looked like this when I opened it. Made in Wisconsin!
