I'm 6'0" tall and 190 pounds. This chair was a good alternative for those 8 hours of sitting in the office. It slides neatly under my desk and tucks away, when it's not there.in use but serves as a nice change of pace from my office chair.I like the 'separate footpads' which make it easy for you to take off a foot and change your position.Also the 'swing' function I use it well, but not because I actually use it to change my sitting angle depending on the task.Sit up straight when using the chair, but slowly start to contort over time before moving to a different chair Would definitely recommend for the price compared to other similar chairs I've seen I haven't had any durability issues Now I have 2 of these chairs, one in the office and one at home for a new job from the homeworld .
