Review on CoolerGuys by Reynaldo Guzman

Unfortunately, CoolerGuys did not live up to my expectations. I struggled to locate the item I needed on their website because of its poor layout. It took a lot longer than I had anticipated for my order to arrive after I eventually placed it. Unfortunately, my order was lacking an essential part, and contacting their customer service department proved next to impossible. When I did hear back, it was unhelpful and didn't address the issue I'd raised. In sum, I was not satisfied with my time spent with CoolerGuys. I will not be using their services again and will not be recommending them to anyone.
