Works well with my Sony A6000 camera. Pros: - Provides power to the camera while leaving a USB port available for use with an intervalometer or to connect to a laptop. - Suitable for time-lapse, astrophotography or other situations where you need to have the camera on for several hours but don't want to ruin the image by changing the battery. - Long adapter cable to keep the converter box from hanging down from your camera when using a tripod. stable if you use this instead of a regular battery - while your camera won't turn off or lose power, it can still tell you that the battery percentage is decreasing, or even tell you that the battery has expired. It's just the most confusing/unnerving.
