The armrests were the first to fail, they broke in the places where the bolts were attached (I had to tighten them somehow). Due to the design features of the swing mechanism, the chair warped to one side. The fabric is very greasy and no means help. Numerous folds are constantly clogged with something, and it is very difficult to clean them. And as a result, the plate fastening the chair to the support collapsed. It was the death of my chair. It lived for several years, but has long been tormented.
