The ingredients are good but the taste is not that great.
The composition suits me, but the taste is inedible. I was happy to find an affordable vitamin with good quality and ingredients. When I gave some to my kids I thought they were overdoing the taste until I tried to eat one myself and had to spit it out. It has a metallic chemical flavor mixed with a fruity sweetness. I never write reviews but just wish the taste could be improved.
