The free wifi service provided by this software is very useful for our customers who are staying at hotels or other business places without having their own internet connection. It also helps us in providing better customer services as we can easily check what kind of information they need from us. I have no major dislikes about it but sometimes there could be some technical glitches with the system which may cause the problem of disconnecting while using the app. This should not happen because otherwise it would affect its overall rating.
