I used these to replace some old rusty Viair compressors. Firstly the package that arrived was badly damaged but nothing was missing or damaged. I bought a brand new one but it was like someone opened it up and tried to tape it but did a poor job. I had them connected to an aluminum air tank on my hand truck. They are cool! Had no issues and it settles down fairly quickly compared to the old setup. I would say 5 minutes from empty to full and unless you play with the switches you have plenty of time and air to use them. The instructions that came with it were great. If you want to relate to what you're doing, they do a great job of explaining exactly what's what. Where a particular wire goes to a relay, etc.
