Review on Woolrich Check Quilt Mini King by Tina Blake

I have an old set of Woolrich Christmas blankets which I have used and washed every year for the last 20 years so I was already aware of the quality of the brand. This set is made to the same standards as my 20 year old set. This is a thinner blanket, more of a blanket than what I would call a blanket. So it has a solid plaid printed top, solid brown back, thin batting, brown piping around edge and straight machine stitching 1 inch apart in one direction. I didn't measure but the dimensions are in the description. I have this on a king size mattress and it has a lot of grooves. My husband especially likes this because he says I steal the covers at night (which is fake news). As you can see in my photo, the overhang far exceeds the depth of my 12 inch mattress. The king set includes two quilted king size pillowcases with piping. The color and durability of the black and tan set is VERY dog friendly. The whole set fits easily in my washing machine and dryer for household cleaning. I use this set in late September and early October in average Tennessee, so the weather outside was both warm and cool, but not cold. So far it's been perfect for keeping us comfortable without getting too hot or cold. This is also the ideal amount of weight. Note: The cute cuddly pillow is a pillowcase that is also available from Revain. The macrame cushions were purchased locally.
