This is one of the prettiest rocking chairs I've ever seen. It fits well (courtesy of my husband) and is a wonderful decoration (and comfort element) in our living room. The only downside is that our cat clown feels like it was bought for their enjoyment, but they will come out for me to come in and circle for them. This is a beautiful and durable item that can withstand the weight and height of the visitor. (I have to admit, I'm very concerned about my new beautiful rocking chair.) It's comfortable even without a cushion, and I can transition from a wheelchair to a rocking chair with ease. I really wish it came with a rocking stool, but then it would probably be even harder to transition from the wheelchair to the rocking chair and back again. Of all the furniture my husband and I have bought in our fifty years of marriage, this rocking chair is our favorite.
