I wear size 44 shoes and prefer socks for sports or simply sneakers. My size has always been difficult to adjust due to the quality. I have found large and tall socks that should fit, but they always wear out first at the heel and then at the toe until they fill up with holes. It honestly took me a while to get used to the great quality here after getting used to the thin ones. They hug the ankle right where they're supposed to and wrap around the heel without stretching at all. Even when you sweat, they don't slip once and after washing, they've shrunk minimally. Recommend the Gold Toe Ankle Socks for athletics or everyday wear. Finally big and high socks, not too tight and not thin.
