Adorable Tunic Top

Paitluc Tunic Tops Short sleeve blouse for a casual yet sophisticated look. My 10 year old daughter loves the color green so it should be a dark green top contrasted with blue jeans or black capris. Loose, breathable top with chiffon lining at top and comfortable underlay. We are a size 10-11, style B, with a modern ruffle at the top and smaller, heavier embroidered dots all around. A tie at the back would be easier to fasten with a button or clasp. This blouse is very cute and makes classmates jealous.
