If it was more elastic it wouldn't slip down. I think I need a child size but I'm afraid it will be too small. I should be about 12 years old. A few months ago I lost consciousness, hit my head on the ground, had a concussion and hematoma. I hated it when someone touched my scalp. It even hurt when I tried to clean it. I use hats not only to sleep but also to put on when I leave the house. I have them in different colors to match what I'm wearing. Of course I can't afford to buy all the colors (they aren't cheap) if the cap was in a small medium, but it would be much better in a large one.
