I like that it allows me to keep track of my tasks, set reminders for myself as well as others (such as clients), and also see what's coming up next in terms of deadlines or due dates! It can be somewhat confusing at first but once you get used to how everything works, it becomes easier to use. Definitely consider using this if your looking for something that will help you manage all aspects of your business. Keeping tabs on projects/tasks, keeping appointments scheduled, communicating effectively with team members, etc.
