It's there, it works. That's the most important. The knot is significantly lighter than the original, so I don't expect it to last forever. The fan shaft *doesn't *fit* with the assembly tool, so it can't be fixed. All is not lost though as it will center on the end of the shaft and you can actually install it with the right tool. Fix it in the car, it was a mistake. Finally, the front edges of the three protrusions on the fan housing were sawn off, after which it was able to turn into a full lock. The air moves strongly, without unnecessary noise, without vibrations and buzzing.
