SIDS safety diaper, although the instructions are lame

It's very easy until you get to your newborn. Here's the big problem: There are two foam-covered "tubes" that aren't listed as a part. The instructions were originally created with the tubes already in place, BUT they are not. You need to run these hoses through/under the seat side and then attach them to the rotator (these hoses attach to the "cut" side of the head, that helps). The problem is they change the way they pack after they write the instructions. Major failure. Also, when we bought this playpen, it was the ONLY sids compatible portable sleep system with a handle. This is a major controversy for us as we have a close friend who lost a child due to non-compliance with SIDS rules. Graco just announced a $300 playpen (Day2dream, not Day2night) that will also fit, but compared to that system it has a few parts that allow you to easily carry your baby AND the bouncer/carrycot. I haven't seen any other system with mesh walls or a flat surface for a toddler to sleep in except this one. A huge win in my book, even though it took me an hour to figure it out.

Pros
  • Lightweight seat and comfortable nest carrycot make it easy to carry so you can keep your baby close
Cons
  • Compatibility
