Product packaging was BETTER than expected. Fits like a glove. All port cutouts are perfectly aligned and aligned. The keyboard was purchased separately and fits this case perfectly. Slight fingerprints can be seen when held up to the light "just right" but I used a soft e-cloth and they come off easily. I mainly use my iPad for travel and work, constantly in and out of my pocket. The plastic of the inner frame flexes slightly when the case is removed. Whether it will protect the iPad in a fall can be debatable, but my only reason for buying it was to avoid scratches as Apple failed with their smart keyboard without a back cover. Surrounding the plastic case is a harder, rubber-like bezel that minimally touches the tabletop in front of the plastic case itself. I believe this rubber absorbs most of the impact of a fall. If you are looking for something strong and unbreakable, such as B. an Otterbox protection, this product may not be right for you. Overall, I'm happy with my choice of back protection because of the choice I made based on my needs.
