This product has been working normally for 6 months. Then he stopped working. It won't turn back on. "This is the first and last product you will ever buy. I had to return it as from the very beginning when I bought their expensive inverter I just couldn't call back to order a remote dam switch. (Sold separately) After repeated attempts, I finally ordered your remote control. (Because their website crashed every time I tried to order a friggin' remote.) I should have known better and moved my business elsewhere. 6 months ago the inverter stopped working. Emailed, called and nothing! Nothing !PSA: Be very careful when dealing in Wagan products. They have absolutely no body to take care of their customers. No technical support, no system to help you. There isn't even an auto matte response. Nothing.1. Hit one.
