I bought the whole set together with the oval shape. I first bought them for my face as advertised. I had back pain and muscle tension from poor sleep. So I used the big one on my back, left it in one place for about 10 minutes and moved it around. I did this about 2 hours before bed. I noticed my pain subsided as soon as I got up to go to the bathroom. God I need big cups for my back like a full set. Seeing the full effect is insane. My face has been swollen for 2 days.
