When the strap arrived I was delighted, it looks great and then I found that there are no pins to attach it as the description says. I immediately contacted the seller and asked for the pins to be sent once they were listed as part of the item. The seller responded quickly and said they could ship some and it would take a week. They then requested personal information, which I would not give them or anyone else, while refusing to send the missing parts. So beware if there is ever a problem with the warranty I'm sure getting warranty service won't be easy.
