Ok but not impressed!

I bought a JOYHILL Tactical Lunch Bag along with a spare backpack to carry lunch and other personal items to and from work. Everything worked well enough. The JOYHILL Tactical Lunch Bag kept my lunch and drinks in the fridge for as long as needed (with the ice pack inserted). The JOYHILL Tactical Lunch Bag keeps all the moisture and won't let anything else in my backpack get wet or wet. The only issue I have with the JOYHILL Tactical Lunch Bag is the quality of the main zipper puller. I've only been using a lunch bag for 2 months when one of the two main zipper pullers misaligned with the prongs. I couldn't get it to work again. I wasn't happy when it happened for 2 months, I felt like it should have lasted much longer than 2 months. The only saving grace for JOYHILL tactical lunch bag is the presence of two sliders on the main zipper. So while one of them no longer works, I now use the remaining and only properly working zipper to secure most of the lunch storage area. The question remains how long the second zipper will last. On standby as it's being tested in the field and I'll let you know once it stops working, which I expect to be in the near future. One last thing, the net I put the ice pack in to keep my lunch in the fridge doesn't seem to last long either. The network could have been better. I suggest you make it a one piece bag with drainage holes on the corners to improve the quality of this product. This in turn increases durability and impresses me so much that I become a regular customer. At the moment I will not be a regular customer for this item. I can find a similar product of the same quality and at a lower price in local stores.
