I love making these Bucilla kits. So far I have made 2 wreaths. They're so funny. The instruction is easy to follow, if you know how to sew pants or how to sew pants hem, you can do it. I learned embroidery stitches from YouTube and practiced on a piece of felt. It takes some time to make, but the end result is worth it! Follow the step-by-step guide. I bought a sterile food container for scissors and pincushions. I can put the felt pieces I'm working on inside to hold them together. I also bought a plastic box of small lidded containers that I use to separate the colored sequins and beads. I use the lid when I sew them onto the felt. It prevents the beads from rolling onto the floor instead of onto the paper plate. I've made quite a few sets so I keep using the same needles and always end up with sequins and beads. I keep the pouches in my plastic container until I need to fill my little cups. I wish I had started this years ago. So relaxing. The finished kits are so beautiful. They will be given to my kids to enjoy on vacation, hopefully their kids.
