Review on Fintie Folio Case for iPad 4th Gen, iPad 3rd Gen, iPad 2 - Smart Stand Cover with Auto Sleep/Wake, Black by Chris Smotherman

We have three Fintie cases at home, two for a Kindle and one for a recently purchased iPad 4G. The quality of their products is excellent and the customer service behind the products shines. Kindle cases have been protected by our Kindles during college and travel, so we look forward to great protection from this iPad folio. The product is exactly as described. The black folio has a sleek, understated professional look and fits perfectly on the iPad with all well-placed notches and openings. I mentioned customer service. The first folio we received was slightly damaged in transit, but it worked perfectly and the damage was just a small cosmetic crease on the back of the case. I photographed the fold and sent the photos to Finty and said we were disappointed that the folio was not in perfect condition as our other Finty products had been shipped and suggested stronger packaging materials for future shipping. I explained that I would not ask for a refund or replacement as time was a factor and we needed coverage before leaving on our trip. I got an immediate response from Fintie that they wanted to offer at least 100% satisfaction and that they would send out a replacement as soon as possible. The product has arrived and it is really perfect! Like I said, great product and 5 star customer service! I remain a true Finty fan!
