Great for big boys, check out the padding on the back
Lightweight? Yes. comfort? Not really. There are some stiff airflow pads on the rear, which are great, but you can feel each one in your back when fully loaded with 20 pounds or more. Love the adjustable waist strap as a 6ft 235lb guy but the back panel was too big for me. I had to come back
