Review on Tzumi 5947 Strand Lights Green by Rachel Lopez

A few notes: The colors I received are blue, green and orange. Not blue, green and red. In fact, orange is the brightest of the three. But if you're looking for red, you might not get it. You can connect all 3 threads and run them at the same time. Or just 1 or 2 coasters. The control unit uses 2 AA batteries. Removing the battery cover is very difficult and you can easily break the tiny tabs that hold it in place. (Ask me how I know that.) The controller makes a high-pitched howling sound when in use. All of these battery powered controllers work and it can be really annoying for some people. The limited instructions say you shouldn't use it for long periods of time, but doesn't specify how long it must last before you can damage it. Overall not bad but I could have done better in this type of lighting.
