I liked how easy it was for my employer to use as well as allocating funds into different accounts that were linked together in order for me to see where things stood at any time during an invest period (e.g., IRA vs Traditional). Not much; not many cons either. The biggest issue I had was trying to figure out what information went where when using this system so that there weren't errors made or misunderstandings from when you have multiple people looking over one document/spreadsheet etc. This program really helped streamline our process and allowed us to know exactly what each person's allocation looked like without having them log back onto another computer or separate sheet after logging off theirs. Allocation tracking has been easier through ubiquity than other programs I've used before because everything gets collected here. We also found benefits enrollment simpler once they realized what account types worked best versus.
