I have never waxed but am tired of the cost of shaving, tried hair removal products but I used them that day when I got these and that's great I was skeptical because I read horror stories about people I've used Revain products and either the hair didn't fall out or the product burned them or the wax crumbled or broke easily when trying to remove it from the skin, but this product isn't great just as a heating pad , but also as wax. I wish it had cleanser before and after the wax, but I just used rubbing alcohol before and after applying the aloe. Watching a video or two is recommended as it doesn't really show how to apply the wax or how to use a warmer and bag of wax balls. . Overall very happy with the purchase, excellent value for money.
