I only share my personal experience. I get nothing for my honest review. I bought it because my chiropractic office uses a similar pillow under my knees during therapy, but this one is way better than the one they use because it's firmer, taller, has a flat side, and is nicer on my back . (I should take this pillow to show him on my next visit to the chiropractor) I can use this pillow under my knees if I sleep on my back, or between my knees on my side. It's hard for me to describe. I know it sounds silly, but the pillow feels like a sturdy stuffed animal when I hug it in the living room while watching TV. As an adult, I feel good. I used it under my neck one night because I had a headache and felt I had to try it as a neck pillow. I remembered reading reviews of other people using a neck pillow so I decided to give it a try. I have so much relief with this pillow under my neck. This is the first pillow that fits my neck. I felt it stretch my neck like it should. I'm grateful because my chiropractor said I only need to adjust once a month now and I feel this is partly due to using this pillow. Last night I fell asleep on the couch without a pillow and my neck hurts so I know this pillow has had a really wonderful effect on my body. The problem for me was that since I started using it for my neck, I've had to use a regular pillow under my knees. Once I realized how much this pillow is helping my neck feel better, I knew I had to order another to use one for my neck and knees. My husband agreed that I could order another one so I did and received it today. I have a feeling he should order a pair for himself. This second pillow order came with an offer of a free pillow case protector for a regular bed pillow with the option to order the size of my choice. The first one didn't have a free pillowcase protection offer (it doesn't match these pillows) but it's free so I ordered it. There's also no delivery, so it's really free. I don't know what it will look like when I get it but it looks beautiful in the photo and it was a nice unexpected surprise. This Half-Moon Bolster pillow I purchased comes with a lovely removable cover that is soft and quilted to the touch. I used an off-white color with taupe markings and "HOME PRODUCTS" written on it. My pillows were wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and when I unrolled the plastic shaft it immediately expanded to full size. It would be nice if they were in other colors but I don't really care as this pillow has a removable washable cover although it's not my ideal colour. The instructions state that the real foam pillow is not washable, however the cover can be removed by unzipping the base, removing and hand washing in cold water and then line drying. I haven't done it yet. But if I do, if there are any issues, I'll come back and update my post. I am very happy with these pillows. NOTE: As I type this, my laptop is currently resting on one of the pillows in my lap. This elevates my laptop to where it needs to be to avoid straining my neck. (I'm a 5ft 9in female). I'm also sometimes wordy, but I don't always leave long, detailed reviews like this one. However, if I'm helping someone by writing this review, it's worth it. me. :)
