The missing piece in toddler and outdoor toys

We got this as a Christmas present and it's so adorable and I love it. However, one piece was missing - the top half of the handle. It is too short to be used as a walking toy without this part. I saw another reviewer had the same issue so there is clearly something going on with this product. I hope to speak to someone and see if I can send this part to solve our problem 🤞🏻
