I have used this carrier a few times and overall I really like it and I recommend it. The fact that it looks like a regular shopping bag makes it even more attractive to both men and women. The roll up hood is extra handy for giving our dog some privacy so he doesn't get overexcited. In my opinion there are several design improvements that will make it better. First, it is difficult to push a resisting animal through the top opening; I think it would be better to make the front hole full size. In addition, the existing front opening allows the pet to easily open and pull out, especially when the zip is even slightly unzipped. Whether the front is the existing size or enlarged, there needs to be some way to "block" it so the animal can't put its head (and body) through it. not collapse and stay very well attached. It has unrolled a few times and only if I roll it really tight can I hold it securely.
