I have a '97 Audi A4 that I recently upgraded the center console from a 2001 A4 (1999.5 to 2002 A4 and S4) facelift style. The facelift console has a double DIN radio slot, compared to the pre-installed elevator with a DIN slot. Since I had an aftermarket single din stereo, after the rebuild it looked very ugly sitting in a huge hole. I ordered it to solve this problem and it fits perfectly. I didn't have to cut or modify anything at all like other people said in the reviews, I just pasted everything and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Looks 10 times better than before and now I have more storage space thanks to the slot under the radio. Very satisfied.
