This item was complete rubbish. The insert that touches the skin was cheap plastic which was irritating and caused sweating. The outer layer was poorly designed and I will adjust it. Returned and will never buy from this company again. I used to have a quality version of this product and it was great. I thought this is what I buy. That was anything but true.
