Excellent replacement part.
Lower O2 Sensor. It's a good idea to spray WD or Liquid Wrench on your existing O2 sensor, let it sit for a few minutes, start the car and let it run for a few minutes to heat up the pipe. I tightened a crescent wrench on the O2 sensor nut and it came loose. Pull the mat on the passenger side up along the center console, disconnect the sensor and remove the rubber boot from the floor. The new O2 sensor comes with threaded anti-seize compound and a new rubber bottom boot.
