Cuff and sphygmometer are good. Can have a better stethoscope.

The cuff, sphygmometer, and stethoscope come in a convient carry case, it is lightweight, and comes with a calibrator. The sphygmometer seems calibrated as I am getting accurate readings (using a different stethoscope). The only issue with the calibration is there is no making for zero. I am unsure how to calibrate to 20. The cuff fits an average adult with no issues and is easy to apply. The stethoscope feels cheaply made and I can barely hear anything with it. I had to break out my professional stethoscope and use that instead.

The stethoscope is of high quality and allows for clear and precise sound detection

Cons

The stethoscope may not be long enough for some users to hear properly
