I needed something to protect my child's feet for a 2 day trip to the water park. Hot patch in the Texan heat, to be exact. These shoes are very cute. Size 2.5-4 was perfect for my 9 year old daughter who wore a size 3 when she was young. There is room to grow but the elasticity at the ankle keeps them from dangling. The bottom is well made and the shoe is easy to put on and take off. When we got home I washed them in a protective laundry bag. There are removable soft soles that can be removed for washing. There are some areas of material wear but that's to be expected given the way they've been used. They don't fall apart in any way. Great value for money and we will continue to use them at the local pool. I would recommend them to try!
