We bought 2 such shower heads and have been using them for about 4 months. We love how easy it is to raise and lower the shower heads, and they feel solid when raised. The magnet holds well. We never had any problems with them. There are many good spray options and the pressure is good. We bought a water pressure limiter to install them so we can lower the pressure to save water when shaving or whatever but still enjoy full power when we want. We had an issue with the first seller who sent us two of these when we ordered the first one and instead of making a deal with us when we offered to buy it they wanted to charge us more to buy the one they should never have been sent. us than what we would get it for if we bought it again through Revain. So we had to deal with the hassle of multiple emails, waiting a day or more after each one, sending them back and waiting for a new one due to their error and our honesty. This seller has been certified for bulk delivery when there are options when purchasing through other sellers.
